1.1 When ordering the Goods, you can choose the method of delivery of the Goods, i.e. i.e. use the Goods delivery service provided by a courier (third party) or inquire by phone about a more convenient delivery method.

1.3 If you choose to deliver the Product by postal machine, we deliver only those Products whose size corresponds to the standard measurements of postal machines.

1.4 You, having chosen the Goods delivery service during the order, undertake to specify the exact address of the Goods delivery, the postal code, the exact contact telephone number and other additional information (staircase code, etc.).

1.5 You undertake to accept the Goods yourself or to designate a person who will collect the Goods at the time of placing the order. In the event that you (or another specified person) cannot accept the Goods, and the Goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, you have no right to make claims regarding the delivery of the Goods to the wrong entity.

1.6 The delivery fee is calculated based on the size of your order and the place of delivery:

1.6.1 An additional transportation fee is charged for the delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit.

1.6.2 When you wish for the Goods to be delivered outside of Lithuania, the terms of delivery of the order shall be negotiated in a separate agreement.

1.7 After you place your order, it will be shipped within 7-21 days. d. You will be informed about this additionally during the purchase of the Product. WJ|marble or a third party delivers the goods within 1-3 working days. In the event of malfunctions or a shortage of Goods, WJ|marble immediately informs you of a possible longer term for the delivery of the Goods and, if you are satisfied with this, WJ|marble continues to deliver the order. In the event that you are not satisfied with the longer term of delivery of the Goods provided by WJ|marble, the order placed is canceled and the amount paid by you is returned in accordance with the procedure set forth in these rules.

1.8 In all cases, WJ|marble is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the Goods, if the Goods are not delivered to you or are delivered late due to your fault or due to circumstances beyond WJ|marble's control.

1.9 WJ|marble is not responsible for any action, omission or event from the moment the Goods have been handed over to the company (courier) providing goods delivery services. In the event that the package you received has external defects, you must inform the courier about this during the delivery of the goods.

1.10 During the delivery of the goods to you or your authorized person, you (or your authorized person) must together with the Seller or the courier who delivered the Goods to you check the condition of the shipment and the Product(s) and sign the shipment transfer-acceptance document. After you sign the shipment transfer-acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment and the Goods have been transferred in a suitable quality, there are no damage to the Goods, the basis of which cannot be attributed to a factory defect, and there are no inconsistencies in the set of the Product(s).

1.11 If you notice that the packaging of the delivered shipment is damaged, the Product(s) are damaged and/or the Product(s) are not properly assembled, you must note this in the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment and, in the presence of the Seller or his courier (third party person), draw up a free-form shipment and/or Product(s) violation/nonconformity report. If such actions are not taken, WJ|marble is exempted from responsibility towards you for product damage, quality, assembly, packaging damage, which you did not note in the product delivery document.

Return and exchange of goods

2.1 In case of return of defective Goods (when the goods are damaged or their validity has expired on the day of delivery), WJ|marble undertakes to pick up the defective Goods and replace them with similar goods. In the event that WJ|marble does not have similar Goods, it undertakes to return the money paid for the goods to you.

2.2 It is necessary to inform about defective Goods or an error by e-mail. by e-mail wj@wjmarble.lt on the same calendar day when the Goods are delivered.

2.3 When returning or exchanging Goods purchased in the E-Store, we will ask you to fill out the provided Goods return or exchange form.

2.4 Depending on the type of Goods offered by WJ|marble, you have the right to file a claim with WJ|marble on the same calendar day from the day of delivery of the Goods due to discrepancies that were later noticed and documented. In this case, WJ|marble undertakes to examine the claim within 14 (fourteen) working days and, in the case of a justified claim, to replace them with goods that meet the quality requirements or return the money paid for the Goods.

2.5 In all cases, money for returned Goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.
